Every Apex CareLink caregiver passes a structured screening process. We verify identity, references and prior employment. We interview in person and observe how they listen, not only how they answer.
Visits are logged with date, time and location. Caregivers follow clear conduct standards. A coordinator is reachable for anything outside the ordinary, day or night.
Families receive a plain language report. Photos are shared only with consent and only inside a private family thread. Honest notes, not theatre. If something has changed, you hear about it the same day, not the next week.
