The terms below govern your use of our website and services. By engaging Apex Dap Group Ltd you agree to them.
Operator
Services are provided by Apex Dap Group Ltd, a company registered in Ghana (Company Registration No. CS110740526, TIN C0067366600), trading through the brands Apex CareLink, Kuwa and Boafo.Digital.
Services
We coordinate family support, caregiver, nanny and recovery services. Specific service terms are agreed in writing before any care begins.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement. Invoices are payable in line with the schedule confirmed at sign-up.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled service in line with the notice period in your service agreement.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service contracted, except where Ghanaian law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
